In this case, PT. Jaya Anoegrah Sentosa is a company that provides professional flight training services serving more than 50 airports throughout Indonesia. We provide theoretical to practical education for various divisions.

Marshalling

Marshalling training or aircraft parking attendants requires special skills because the marshaller will coordinate with a number of airport officers when landing.

A pilot connot see the parking lane from inside the aircraft cockpit, so the pilot needs help from a marshaller to be able to land properly and safely.

The marshaller’s job is to communicate using visual cues in the form of certain movements and provide fast and precise directions so that the plane can park or stop perfectly.


Airline Staff

Training for Airline Staff who are on duty on the ground to provide service to customers, both pre-departure service and post-flight service.

The job of Airline Staff is to serve airplane passengers, and the grouping is divided into several types.

  • Ticketing, this task is to serve passengers regarding issued tickets. Apart from that, ticketing also serves ticket orders via social media or via telephone.
  • Checking Counter, in this section the airline ground staff has the task of printing boarding passes from passengers which have their name, code according to the identity used, schedule, boarding room and seat number.
  • Service, in this section the staff must accompany or serve passengers with special needs, young children who are not with their parents and sick parents are also the responsibility of this section, starting from the airport until boarding the plane.
  • Transfer Desk, the next section is airport staff who have the task of assisting or serving passengers who are transiting at the airport, they will also handle the baggage of passengers who are continuing their journey.
  • Boarding Gate, this staff’s job is at the front of the boarding door and in the boarding room. They also monitor passengers who are about to take a flight and this staff will double-check each passenger’s boarding pass so that they remain indoors and no one is left behind.
  • Lost and foud, in this section, has a duty at the arrival terminal which checks passenger baggage after making a flight. The staff will match the passenger’s belongings and return them.

Aviation Security

We provide AVSEC training, namely the position of security or security officer at the airport.

Its task is to ensure security, safety and order in all matters relating to aviation, providing protection for flight crew, passengers, the public and agencies at the airport from actions that are contrary to the law.

AVSEC’s duties and responsibilities include;

  • Passenger inspection
  • Inspection of flight crew and cabin crew
  • Cabin and baggage inspection
  • Supervision of access control to the air side
  • Inspection of transit and transfer passengers
  • Inspection of firearms, sharp weapons and other
  • dangerous objects
  • Supervision of the path to the aircraft
  • Cargo handling
  • Supervision of postal and diplomatic shipments
  • Special passenger handling
  • Inspection of illegal goods

GSE
A GSE Operator is a person who has a license and is tasked with operating GSE equipment used to support the aircraft departure and arrival process. A GSE Operator must be able to drive a 4 wheeler and have an Operator’s license.

Ground Support Equipment is ground support equipment found at airports, which can be in the form of certain vehicles or machine tools operated by skilled personnel.

GSE functions to unload cargo, facilitating mobility. Directly, this tool makes it easier for airport staff to carry out their duties.

HLO
Helicopter Landing Officers are trained officers from companies or operators of ships (tankers) and rigs with helideck facilities assigned to offshore facilities.

The HLO is responsible for assisting the pilot, landing and taking off the helicopter safely after the entire helideck or heliport area where the helicopter will land is declared clear (meaning it meets safety requirements and is ready to be used for landing).
